The Temple House: A Landmark of Integrating Tradition and Modernity in Hospitality and the Documentation of High-Quality Mirror Project Implementation
The Temple House is located in Taikoo Li, Chengdu. As the third boutique hotel under the House Collective brand of Swire Hotels, it boasts 100 guest rooms and 42 serviced residences, and has been a landmark where urban culture and hospitality aesthetics converge since its inception.

This architectural masterpiece was crafted by the internationally renowned London-based firm Make Architects, which reconstructs the essence of traditional Sichuan-style architecture with a modern design language. The designers skillfully incorporated local elements such as bamboo, tiles, and stones, allowing the rustic texture of Western Sichuan dwellings to collide with contemporary aesthetics, creating a unique charm. The hotel entrance is nestled in a century-old Chinese-style courtyard. Along the winding path leading to seclusion, bamboo sway gently, and the clean lines of modern architecture complement the elegant ambiance of the traditional courtyard. Stepping into it feels like traveling through time.
Throughout the entire service process of The Temple House project, from the precise alignment of product design to the meticulous coordination of on-site construction, and finally to the installation and delivery, the professional team has always demonstrated excellent professionalism. It is particularly worth mentioning that the customized mirror products in the project exceeded the elevator specifications, posing great challenges to transportation and installation. However, relying on rich experience and innovative solutions, the installation team overcame numerous obstacles and finally achieved the perfect placement of mirror TVs and light-equipped mirrors. Every detail is seamlessly integrated with the space design, ensuring the project was put into use as scheduled and adding the finishing touch to the unique temperament of The Temple House.
